- We want to create a safe environment for both guests and staff, in order to do our best to achieve this, we have made some changes:

We will aim to contact our guests prior to arrival to discuss these changes:

Arrival Times:

We will ask you for an estimated arrival time to ensure that when you arrive you have time and space to unload your belongings. We will manage the timings so that no one else checks in at the same time.


Please consider social distancing of others when getting into or out of your car.

Check in:

We are able to offer contactless check in should you require. We can charge the credit card used for deposit purposes if this is held by Sage Pay & is still valid. Your keycard is available for pick up in the dining room between 4pm and 6pm on the day of your arrival.

Hand Sanitizer Point:

We have installed a hand sanitizer point inside the dining room for guests to use when entering or leaving.


We have keycards for each room. These also operate the front door and are preprogrammed for the duration of your stay. We disinfect & quarantine each card after each guests’ stay for at least one week.


We will be offering 2 sittings of breakfast with each sitting reserved for 2 rooms to ensure social distancing is maintained between tables. The self-service option has been removed at this time and breakfast will be served to your table on an a la carte basis. A Hand sanitizer point has been placed at the entrance to the dining room for guests use.

General Cleaning & House-keeping:

If you do not require your room to be serviced during your stay, please let us know upon arrival. All toiletries are individually packaged. We are sanitizing frequently touched areas more regularly, such as door handles, light switches etc.


We have removed majority of the soft furnishings from the rooms at this time. Rooms are disinfected thoroughly between bookings and where possible rooms are kept unoccupied for at least 24hours before reuse.

Distancing between guests:

We ask that guests maintain a safe distance between each other unless travelling together. If you test positive with Corona virus prior to your stay: We respectfully ask that you cancel or reschedule your stay to a future date. There will be a charge of one night stay for this, so long as we are informed more than 48 hours prior to the 4pm check in time on your arrival date. After this time, the full stay cost will be charged unless we are able to relet your room. Proof of a positive test result will now be required.

If you fall ill during your stay:

If you develop corona virus symptoms during your stay, we would ask that you stay in your room and contact us by phone. To keep other guests and ourselves as safe as possible, we will kindly request for your prompt departure. If we are able to relet your room a refund will be made for those nights the room is relet.
